Posted on Oct 19th, 2015

Frisco Development Services THE CITY OF FRISCO
Code Enforcement Division
6801 Frisco Square
Frisco, TX 75034
Main: 972.292.5302

The Code Enforcement Division needs your help in promoting a clean and environmentally safe community. A community clean-up has been scheduled for your neighborhood. Receptacles will be available for disposal of tree limbs, trash, metal, and other debris at NO COST to owners/residents.

Saturday November 7, 2015 rain or shine at Hope Fellowship Church - 9950 Rolater Rd. 9 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. OR Until dumpsters have been filled so plan to come early.

The Code Enforcement Division has concerns regarding nuisances in your community.

Nuisances are & can be defined as:
  • Vegetation over 12",
  • Dead tree limbs,
  • Property with rubble, junk or garbage,
  • Construction & landscape materials,
  • Appliances (lawn mowers, grills, stoves, washing machines, etc.),
  • Furniture, old carpet,
  • Fences needing repairs or removal, and/or,
  • Any unsightly or unsanitary material that accumulates or remains on a property.
We ask for your cooperation to abate nuisances within the community. Code Enforcement asks each resident to help maintain their property. Maintaining your property will assist and help protect against rodent and/or snake infestation, fire threats (especially during dry seasons), illegal dumping, and will promote a clean and safe community.

The Code Enforcement Division strives to gain voluntary compliance from property owners and residents. Code Enforcement will be in the area monitoring the neighborhood for compliance. Property owners who wish not to comply may be issued a citation for noncompliance.

If you have any questions, you may contact Code Enforcement at 972-292-5302. In advance, thank you for your cooperation and caring about the community.

Together we can ensure that Frisco will remain a clean, safe and beautiful place to live, work and play.

Respectfully,
Penny Curtis-Code Enforcement Supervisor
